Registration Information
How to Register
To register for the International Congress on Transfusion Practice and Transfusion Alternatives, Prague, Czech Republic, please click on the registration form button.
Pre-registration via the website will not be possible after May 16, 2009. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants must be registered.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro, and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form included in this announcement. The same procedure will be described when registering on-line.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?
Participants
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Abstract Book, Congress Bag, Final Programme, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception.
Cancellation of Registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is May 1, 2009. The Congress Organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellations. An administration fee of € 50,00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after May 1, 2009. After May 16, 2009 registration via the website will not be possible and you are requested to register on-site at the Congress.
